Mozart’s Organic Bakery
Welcome to my organic, small batch cottage bakery! The bakery was founded by Brooke Kaplan and her two children, Ethan and Shelby. The idea is classically simple: use as many natural and organic ingredients as possible! Every recipe has organic flour, farm fresh eggs, and when called for, artisan vanilla made from the best Tahitian and/or Madagascar vanilla beans. Whether it is a cookie, soft pretzel, or a loaf of challah bread, the baking is filled with love that is seen and tasted in every bite. Eating our breads and cookies will be a musical, joyful, and sensory experience! Local pick up and delivery available. Shipping throughout the United States upon request.

Meet the Maestro Baker herself!
Brooke Kaplan is the dynamic and outgoing baker of Mozart’s Organic Bakery. Her love of baking and all things kitchen has been passed down 4 generations with recipes originating in the early 19th century. Brooke’s great Grandfather was the first head of the Baker’s Union Detroit, Michigan. He was known for his quality and variety of breads. The tradition continues in Brooke with Mozart’s Organic Bakery! It all started for Brooke as she came into the world with flour in hand, ready to bake with her mother, grandmother, and extended family in Detroit, Michigan, and later in San Diego, California. At the age of 3, she was making cakes and following a recipe with the help of her older brothers. Thus began the classical notes of Mozart’s Organic Bakery. Currently, Brooke lives and bakes in Las Vegas, Nevada with her two children, Shelby, Ethan, and extended family. Shelby and Ethan often can be found helping the Maestro Baker in the kitchen as they begin their own concerto’s!
